Our experience

2020 - now

The long-awaited new company headquarters is being built, with a production capacity of more than 20 houses per month. We are becoming one of the leaders in house sales in Poland and in the demanding Scandinavian markets.

2014 - 2020

The company’s location close to the border and the port of Świnoujście, but above all the high quality of the offered products, make us produce more and more houses for export. We are signing our first contracts with foreign dealers.

2009 – 2014

Our work is recognised by owners of resorts at the Polish seaside. After a short time, our houses are gaining recognition among guesthouse owners from all over the country. The initial successes mean that the company is also starting up retail sales.

Using the experience gained in building timber-frame houses, we are one of the first in the country to start importing and then refurbishing houses imported from England. The first mobile home manufactured by Holiday Homes is about to be built.

First, we will choose together the house model that suits your needs. In order to offer a top-quality service, we offer mobile homes in three finishing options. The houses in the ‘Basic’ version are characterised by high quality construction, but will require some work from you as they are not equipped. By choosing the ‘Comfort’ variant, you will receive a fully furnished and ready for use cottage. By opting for the ‘Premium+’ option for the most demanding customers, you will be assured that the mobile home will meet the highest expectations.

Our staff will prepare a quote for you with a technical drawing and full specifications of the mobile home. The production of the house will take place according to the company’s production schedule once the technical specifications have been approved, the order has been signed and the deposit has been credited to our bank account. The waiting time depends on the number of preceding orders – generally 3–4 months.

We provide information about the planned completion date of the mobile home about one week in advance, even before the mobile home is completed. Together, we will arrange a date convenient for you to collect the house. Collection takes place at our premises or by photo via email. Once quality acceptance has been accepted and the outstanding balance has been paid, we will start organising transport to your plot.

You can collect the mobile home yourself or leave this responsible task to our qualified specialists. Holiday Homes can safely deliver a mobile home to every corner of Europe. We guarantee professional securing of the house during transport, which will exclude the possibility of any damage. We are able to provide all this through the use of our specialised transport as well as our trained and experienced staff.
